Terms of Service for M.H.CalligraphyDesign

Welcome to M.H.CalligraphyDesign's terms of service! By using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Payment Schedule: Booking fee (non refundable deposit) 50% . Remainder of balance is due before project completion & shipping. Rush Fee: within one weeks of event +100%.  Orders of $500 or less and calligraphy for print design must be paid for in full to book. No refunds are available for custom design services.
2. Styles Provided: I consider it an hnor to be a part of your special event and want you to be thrilled! Before contacting my services, please spend time reviewing my work to ensure you like and trust my artistic style and ablities. You can be assured I will create your project to the same quality as the samples on my website and social media pages.
3. Licensing: As an artist, I remain the sole owner of all artistic rights. Commissioned art is for personal use only. Separate commercial licensing agreements are avialable.
4. Photography: Emailed copies of professional photography taken of my work are always appreciated. You are encouraged to share images on social media (credit with "Calligraphy by M.H.Calligraphy Design). If Sharing on Instagram, please tag @maria.harwell.calligraphy
5. Quantity Changes: If the quantity of guests / products decrease after payment of the deposit, the original agreed-upon terms remain in effect.
6. Text Submission: The provided text will be written exactly as submitted. Name/ Address list may be provided as an Excel spreadsheet (a template can also be provided to you by request). Please note that if the text is not submitted by the requested date, it is likely to delay the order deadline. 
7. Additional Blanks: For projects such as envelopes and place cards, please provide a minimum of 20% additional blank products with a minimum of 10 count. Please understand that error is ineviatable in hand-produced work. The more extras I have, the faster I can work and the sooner the order will be completed.
8. Calligraphied Mail: With any handwritten address, the automated postal scanners may have trouble reading the envelope. Any address that cannot be read by the machine is routinely hand inspected and mailed by the postal employees. If adding a wax seals, it is strongly recommended to have the mail hand cancelled (additional postage may be required).
9. Order Shipments: All orders shipments will have a tracking number provided. Please note that once the order has left my facility, I cannot be held liable for any lost or stolen packages. 

10. M.H.CalligraphyDesign reserves the right to refuse service to anyone.
